The Keeton - Unpaid
Beautiful the Carole King Musical tells the story of songwriter Carole King’s life and career and features many of the amazing songs she composed with her husband that were recorded by artists such as The Drifters, The Shirelles, The Righteous Brothers, and so on. It is a musical jampacked with hits from the 1960s. Directed by Donna Driver, Music Directed by Roger Hutson, Choreographed by McKenna Driver.
Rehearsals: December 9th-February 6, at The Keeton (108 Donelson Pike, Nashville) and will primarily be Mon-Thurs. evenings and Saturday mornings.
Performances: The show has 11 performances, February 7th-23rd at The Keeton. Evening shows at 7:00, Sunday matinees at 2:00pm.
In-Person Auditions: Auditions will be Sunday, November 17th 6:00-9:00pm and Monday, November 18th 6:00-9:00pm. Just come during the auditions times and sign in. Be prepared to sing 32 bars in the style of the show or a 1960s pop song (tracks or sheet music), there will be a short dance combination, and you will be asked to cold read from the script.
