The Nashville Shakespeare Festival is seeking 5 Non-Union Actor/Teaching Artists.
Teaching Artists will be traveling to and performing for schools and other organizations, as well as conducting workshops and talkbacks. Teaching Artists will be involved in all aspects of production. NSF is committed to inclusive casting to ensure diversity in our ensembles.
Minimum 4-week training/rehearsal/performance contract.
$600 per week with full-time expectation.
No local housing provided.
The Nashville Shakespeare Festival strongly recommends all company members be fully vaccinated.

Preferred skills: Acting, teaching, touring, and tech. (Shakespeare-specific training and classroom curriculum and technique provided)
Text Intensive: December 11, 2023, 10 AM - 3 PM
Rehearsals: January 8 - January 18, Mon - Fri, 10 AM - 3 PM
Performances: Begin January 18 and run through February 3, 2024, typically during the school day. Some performances may be before 10 a.m. or after 3 p.m.
