Shadow is a young adult without the ability to see her own reflection. As a result, she identifies herself only by her shadow – the only part of herself that she can see. This captivating musical takes you on Shadow’s journey of self-discovery as she strives to bring every aspect of her unique self into the light. With original music by Cori Anne Laemmel and Laura Matula (If I Were You, Secondhand Wings) and choreography by Bakari King, this brand-new musical delves into the complexities of identity, exploring how we label ourselves and how others label us, and the delicate balance between the two.
