Murfreesboro Little Theatre

The play follows the lives of a family of three (mother Amanda and two adult children, Laura and Tom) as they struggle to deal with a changing world in which they do not fit in. Being a memory play, its action is drawn from the memories of the narrator, Tom Wingfield. He is an aspiring poet who toils in a shoe warehouse to support his mother, Amanda, and sister, Laura.
