Street Theatre Company is a professional non-profit arts organization dedicated to pioneering innovative modern musical theatre in Nashville. Founded in 2005, STC has become a major theater in Nashville reliably bringing quality productions to the community. With a rogue sensibility and a lean and professional work ethic, STC strives to bring interesting and challenging works to the stage while employing some of the finest artists, actors, singers, dancers, technicians, musicians, and craftspeople in the city. With a history of plaudits, great reviews, and regional recognition, Street Theatre Company has placed itself among the vanguard of Nashville theaters.
They are also home to youth-program, ClassAct Dramatics, which runs a number of educational and performance camps and it produces two full-scale productions per year.
