Embracing the intangible spiritual realm, Let loose a terrible cry features a live reading of channeled writings accompanied by vivid video installations exploring solitary, ecstatic mysticism in the modern day. Taking the stage as the sole reader, Sylas Nunn uses trance-writing and spirit communication to channel original texts, set against vibrant multimedia projections, including several television sets. The displayed films, portraying shifting abstraction, colors and forms in flux, are manipulated live by multimedia artists and filmmaker Bunny Nunn. The transcendent writings and ethereal video elements combine to create a mystical experience that will be truly otherworldly.
